Well lets see today was a good day, i washed my car well my hubby did, we went to the highschool track and walked a mile it was fun i had my two nephews with they had fun i like walking it helps clam me or helps with stress, it eases my mind and it felt good it was not to hot or to cold. We enjoyed.

I love the fall too, it is so my favorite season. I believe I am destined to be in AZ my entire live though...oh well.
Its nice to get out and enjoy the weather finally. Its been so hot. This is why we live in AZ. While everyone else has snow, we have perfect weather for walking and riding. You gotta love it.
